These terms apply when you use veerafresh.com or buy from us. "Veera Fresh", "we" and "us" mean [LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS]. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or ordering with a parent or guardian's consent, and give us accurate contact and delivery details.

2. Our products

We sell traditional foods: Ragi Dosa Instant Mix, Ragi Powder and Putharekulu.
Photos are for illustration. Handmade products can vary slightly in look, size and colour from batch to batch.
Each pack's label is the final word on ingredients, allergens, nutrition, best-before date and storage. Please read it, especially if you have allergies. Our products may contain or be made alongside milk, ghee, tree nuts and gluten-containing grains [confirm per product].
Information on our site, including nutrition and recipes, is general information, not medical or dietary advice. For babies, young children, pregnancy or medical conditions, check with your doctor.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are in Indian rupees and include [applicable taxes / all charges except delivery]. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds and we email you the order confirmation.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, we can't deliver to your address, the payment looks fraudulent, or the price was wrong. We'll refund you in full if we do.
Limits: up to 50 units of each item per order. For larger or business orders, write to [EMAIL].

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a regulated payment provider, using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We don't see or store your card or bank details.

6. Business purchases and GST invoices

[Only once Veera Fresh is GST-registered:] Businesses can enter their GSTIN and registered business name at checkout to receive a GST invoice. Please make sure these details are correct before paying; invoices can't be reissued with a different GSTIN after the return period closes.

8. Using our site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, place fake orders, or use someone else's payment details. Our name, logo, photos, recipes and text belong to us; you may share links and small excerpts with credit, but not copy them for commercial use.

9. Our responsibility

We take care to describe products accurately and deliver them safely. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Complaints
