Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to most pincodes in India through courier partners. Enter your pincode at checkout to check delivery. We don't ship outside India yet.

2. When your order ships

We pack and dispatch orders within [DISPATCH DAYS] working days of payment. Our products are made in small batches, so this can occasionally take a little longer; we'll email you if it does.
Orders aren't dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Delivery time

Weather, festivals, strikes and courier delays can add time. We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we'll help you chase them.

4. Delivery charges

The delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. There are no other charges at delivery.

5. Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the courier name, tracking number and a tracking link. You can also see live status on your order page (the "View your order" link in every email).

6. Address and delivery attempts

Please check your address, pincode and phone number before paying. We can update the address only before the order is packed.
The courier usually makes [2–3] attempts. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or nobody being available, the parcel comes back to us. See section 4 of our Refund and Cancellation Policy for what happens next.

7. Packaging and fragile items

Putharekulu is paper-thin and fragile. We pack it to arrive whole, but some breakage can happen. If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps), and we'll replace or refund it.

8. Storage after delivery

Store products in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from moisture and sunlight. Check each pack for its best-before date and storage instructions.
